to comply with the terms of the indenture made with the immi- grants; the immigrants' being supplied with satisfactory lodgings and medical attendance, and their being secured a free return pas- sage to the country whence they removed, in as far as they are entitled therntov after expiration of the indenture, and have not renounced their right, stipulated thereby.
